The cart feature was not adding postage to US and overseas customers.
This has been resolved now and you should see the postage fee in two places.
On the top left of the cart, there is a name and address field. Change the country and the postage will be added to your order on the left.
If multiple postage options are available, you should see this at the bottom left of the screen.
