Revolutionary Electric Toothbrush |
There's actually a brochure supplied with my package that showed studies comparing regular brushing and Ion-Sei with the result being little or no bacteria , plaque and gum disease when using this new device.
Three vibration settings:
deep (31,000) strokes a minute) - supercharged clean standard (24,000 strokes a minute) - for everyday clean sensitive (18,000 strokes a minute) - for gentle gum cleaning |
It uses an ultra voilet UV Led (oh that's why there was a bright blue light!) that reacts with a Titanium Dioxide element in the brush handle (I thought it was to look pretty funky). This creates the ions that suppress bacteria. This charge works with the body natural charge through the conductor handle and fluid in your mouth from water or saliva. Right that's enough science. Here's some info.

MY EXPERIENCE:
Turning the brush on for the first time, and my first thought was that the head didn't oscillate but vibrates instead....ohhhh-kayy I’ve been using the Ion-Sei Electric brush for a week now. Whilst the first two brush sessions tickled my teeth and gums, I’m finding that I’m not waking up with morning breath. My teeth feel clean and I am actually able to brush my gums whereas previously the manual or other electric toothbrushes were too rough on them and it would hurt so I would avoid it. I was also pleased to see dark patch above my canine is now a healthy pink. I did go back to my manual and my older other brand electric toothbrush last night and this morning for final comparisons. I found the old brush manual and old oscillating brush way too harsh and found I was avoiding my gums as usual. I wonder what more damage I’ve caused to my receding gums by using them. Now Abdul and I use it twice a day, everyday and will continue to do so. |
Some observations...
This cute pretty blue is aesthetically pleasing as well as satisfying after a good brush. Other colours are available as well as two other brush types allowing for deeper cleaning between teeth. There are lights on the brush that light up when charging, I hated that it didn't with my old one. I never make specific comment on price. My view is that people’s perception of affordability is different. |
DISCLAIMER
If this felt like a paid sponsored post...it is...I was provided the brush for the purpose of a thorough review. Those of you who know me can be sure that I will always give my honest opinions and in this case I am impressed with the brush and will continue to replace the brush heads in a month or two.
