Moisturing is a must. I'm one of those girls that put moisturisers on throughout the day.
Handcream in my bag, at my desk, by the sink and in my office (living room ha!) The handcream changes from what's on offer or what's available. There's no personal fave there at the moment. Hence why i've not incuded it above. However, I love the ones above. Good old Nivea Lotion in both the Light moisturing and Extra Rich for mine and my family's bodies. I like the light one for everyday but with dry skin post holiday, or in winter with central heating drying out my skin, and lately by the work on extending my house, I reach for the rich moisturiser more. They are both rich and absorb fast and leave my skin comfortable throughout the day. As a special treat, I use the delicious scented Weleda Pomegranite Regenerating Body Oil. I even ask the massage lady who gives me a massage to use this instead of her oils as afterwards my skin feels very lush. It smells great love love love it! The Kaeso Pedicure Heel Rescue is a very rich moisturiser for the feet. I try to use this everyday but at least three times a week. It absorbs quickly so am happy to put my socks on afterwards. I do have dry feel and poorly looked after heels. I'm on my feet for long hours and too exhausted to do anything with them. This is my instant pick me up for them. I use two different creams for my face. The L'Oreal RevitaLift Laser Renew has a lifting effect which i've noticed on my cheekbones especially. It moisturises deeply which I need now that i'm in my late 30s so absolutely loving the anti - aging properties. I only wish the dust stop wreaking havoc with my skin. It's very bumpy at the moment. I use Olay Essentials Night Cream which I used religiously throughout my teens into my early 20s. I had plump dewy skin then which was very moist to touch. I swapped this for the Liz Earle moisturiser which I also love and never went back to it. I was reminded of it recently and picked one up. OH MY GOD my skin felt soft and hydrated within days. Even yummy hubby noticed and is using mine EVERYDAY! Abdul and I both share my eye cream. I'm still using L'Oreal Youth Code Eye Cream. I've tried a few but still really happy with this. There is one thing I did forget. But it's because I forget to use it everyday. WATER is a wonderful moisturiser. It flushes the system, taking away toxins and plumps up the skin like a wonderful filler from within makes me glow. I advise all my brides to drink drink and drink water...alas I don't follow my own advice : (.
