![]() IF someone told my 20 year old oily skin to try a face oil....I would have said 'no way José!' But now i've hit my 40s, the change was unbelievable. I went from wiping away oil to suddenly dry, hot, irritated and red skin. Fed up of itching and bumpiness and everything else I went to a leading brand who convinced me. After trying on an oil and loving the smell and texture and then taking some away to try...my skin transformed and I was a Face Oil keeper. I now understand that oils can balance over sebaceous skin and restore PH levels. My bumpiness smoothed out, my face not only felt hydrated and all my irritations gone AND I WAS GLOWING! I found my Foundation blended well and the oils hydrated throughout the day and night. Inglot's Skincare Line's ....INGLOT LAB 1983 have launched three new Face Oil's and I had to have my hands on them. Packaged in elite linen boxes with black branding, three different oils that all provide hydration, pore minimisation and tightening with each specialising in either pollution busting properties, anti ageing and wrinkles and skin balancing. All three contain a combination of Tsubaki, Cotton Seed, Jojoba and Rosemary oils with additional oils for specific skincare. A drop of Face Oil for morning and night either used neat or mixed with cream. Is also a great primer for makeup that aids perfect blending and evening out of foundation. The formulation is for sensitive skin. DREAM DROP FACE OIL - Slows down the aging process and smoothes wrinkles with Strawberry and Chia oils. Illuminating and brightening discolourations with vitamin C SUNRISE DROP FACE OIL - Intensively hydrating with oil control balance with Cheery Kernel, Tsubaki and Alpine and Apple Oils SPOTLIGHT DROP FACE OIL - Regenerating and protection from pollution and harsh elements with Argan Oil and Jojoba Oil. Tightens enlarged pores. FIRST IMPRESSION: smoothes on and absorbs quickly. After 10 minute skin feels velvety, strangely not shiny at all and looking even. SCENT: Smells pleasant and mild. I'm not good at describing scents but I want to say that it smells like a feint honeysuckle. All of them are mildly scented.
Initially my cheeks tingled slightly. It's a good tingle that puts a healthy little redness to the cheeks and I felt this area was feeling really soft to touch and slightly firm. The tingling and redness calms down after a few minutes and I wake up with no oil on my face.
After using this for some time, I noticed my pores seem minimised and my cheek area was especially blemish free. I can tell this because my foundation looked so much smoother and was having to use less product than usual. It was flawless and glowing. I'll continue to keep these as part of my every day routine and will introduce one of these into my bridal makeup artist kit to blend foundation on clients. The oils retail at £21 for 30 mls in a pipette dropper bottle. There's absolutely loads of oil. Available in store or at InglotUK. com A special Thank You to Inglot's PR Team for sending these to me to try.
